The product is everything it says and its extremely useful and easy to operate.
One thing I really liked was that the slot where you place your phone is not hard to expand, so you don`t have to fight with the handle every time you want to place you phone in it.
I did make the unfortunate mistake of tightening the nut that secures the handle on the arm too much, which made it crack. But it was my mistake, not the Paye La Traite`s, so keep that in mind.

This product is surprisingly sturdy. I'm super happy with the quality of the product. It's a plastic base, etc, but everything seems to be thoughtfully built.
Has rubber in the grips so that your phone's held firmly inside and isn't damaged.
Arm is bendable all the way along, and can be stretched to full length and still hold my phone in place, firmly. I have no doubt it could easily handle a tablet.
Vice is visibly all white, clamps well/easily. Could be used by someone with nerve damage or arthritis, unlike other desk clamps.
Arm is long enough that on a desk you can point the arm down and have the device float above the desk still, giving a more minimal look.
The grip that holds the phone has space on the ends to plug in a charger/headphones, etc, and there's ACTUALLY enough room to use them!
I feel like this review is so positive it's going to look fake, but I'm just overwhelmingly happy with this product. I had low expectations, but I'm super pleased.
